Booking is easy, a booking form and party planner will be posted to you, sign and return the booking form along with the £25 deposit, either by cheque or BACS transfer to secure the date, then return the completed party planner and remaining balance of payment no later than 2 weeks before the event.


The party planner covers all the fine details, your music request, wall uplighting colour, event timings etc.... this ensures the day runs smoothly and professionally.


Music playlist are welcome, all your personal favourites, family and friends dedications etc... plus I am happy to take request on the night.


Sound and lighting, only professional grade sound and lighting equipment is used that can cover large or small venues.


Public liability insurance, P.A.T test and risk assessment certificates are held and available on request, these can usually be emailed directly to your venue coordinator.


Back up equipment is carried to all functions so the party can continue in the rare event of failure.


Dress code is always formal suit and tie.


Important, please return booking forms and deposits as soon as possible, the date is secured once I have received a signed booking form with deposit.


Cancelation, I want you to be happy and confident with my service and as such you can cancel at any time without any further cost.
